the company advertises some real expensive item at a very very cheap price on Facebook and other social media sites.

.

and then once you place the order, the item never arrives.

they upload the harvested tracking number on paypal and its very difficult to fight with paypal to credit you the charge back as the tracking number shows the item is delivered.

And they keep changing the name of the site, FB handle etc.

And of course, the phone number listed on the site never works.
