I received a phone call stating that I was a good US citizen because all of my bills have been paid, no outstanding debt and they were offering me a $9000 grant. They said in order for me to get the grant I would need to provide them with my banking account number or they would give me a telephone number in which to call with a confirmation number to receive the instructions on how to obtain the $9000. I never called the number and did not provide any of my banking information.
