I ordered a tablet from this company on 5/3/22. My card was charged immediately. After 2 weeks they had not generated a tracking number and would not give details on when they product would ship, except "soon". On 5/19/22, I requested that they cancel the order. They did not do so within 24 hours. At that point I canceled my credit card and initiated a chargeback.

When I did so, they CC'd me on an email from them to the company in China that makes the tablets. In the email, they included a receipt that showed they had PLACED the order for my tablet with the Chinese company on 5/19, the day that I requested cancellation. Furthermore, they accused me of trying to scam them, saying I had started a chargeback right when they had placed the order. In fact, they sat on my money for over 2 weeks, and did not place the order until the day I cancelled it! Clearly they were trying to wait out the time period for me to initiate a dispute.

I've found many other complaints about this company since looking into it. They are committing fraud.
