I placed an order and received an inferior product (in mysterious packaging not connecting the item I received to my order or the company at all). When I contacted customer service they offered me an 8% refund. We went back and forth. I have finally escalated it to my credit card company. This same company appears many times on the ScamPulse.com website, but wrongly entered under gooddeals.com. This site is a spam knockoff of that site - goooddeals.com.
