Purchased a dog from the this website. I was charged $750 for the dog and another $100 for shipping. During the shipping process I received an email from Neptune Logistics Transport stating that the dog is quarantined and I needed to pay another $1500 for animal insurance. I was warned that I would be jailed if the money was not paid. Called the number and it is a generic voicemail with no identification.

Put down payment on puppies for 1000.00 then after no delivery on specified day, shipping company called said they needed 2,000.00 for insurance to ship. husband told them to call the puppy sender and get the money, because they hired them. husband called sender, and was told he only had 500.00, so he had to wait for him to get the rest and he would get back to us. never got back to us.

I sent an inquiry for a puppy that I found on the website. I received a text message the next day stating that they are sending me an email to see if I am a good candidate for receiving a puppy and i should answer all the question on this email. I answered the email and asked through text if I could pick the puppy up instead of having them shipped. They gave a "thumbs up" emoji and nothing else. I asked about the parents of the puppies and got no information back other than this is a good breed of dog. Then I got an email stating that they are still intending on shipping the puppy and my total bill is $850. They prefer me to pay through zelle or paypal.

This is not how these things are done. Buying a puppy does put a person through an examination to make sure they can take care of it. But there is information that is ALWAYS given to the buyer such as the parents of the puppy, the medical information and sometimes the need to "meet" the puppy to make sure the fit is correct.

This is a scam for sure.
