Offered to Epoxy Driveway and Garage for $15,500 and did not complete the job with Expoxy and the cement paint used is already coming up in spots. He told my wife (has alzhimers) that he was completed and she paid him, He was suppose to wait until I returned home at 5 PM to inspect and make the payment. I now searched the ScamPulse.com site and his company is not listed and he has not responded to my several Phone Call messages and text. I had a contractor look at the work and he stated that he only used cementy paint and sparkles.
