i ordered this simulator after seeing the ad on facebook after checking the website to see if it looked legit. payed out the $50 on may 10.after a few weeks sent email asking about the order. no response to the email. waited a couple weeks and tried another email. again with no response. went back to the website to see that everything was listed as out of stock and was never able to get into contact with anyone

I also ordered from the Facebook ad for the ‘golf simulator’ for $49.99. Sounded to good to be true. It’s been over 2 months and I haven’t received anything. The first couple of emails I sent did get a response, then they went silent. I have asked for my money back, but still nothing.

I ordered a laser range finder on 28 May for 49.99 from Golfiyo and to this date, i ahvent recieved anything. On the 3rd of Jun, i sent them a note requested a tracking # and i sure got one, from the Candian post. i waited several days and tried the link, and again, just like their coorispondance, the tracking # is a fake. I send a note to them again on 14 Jun, and they stated because of COVID BLA BLA BLA, that shippments were taking 5-7 weeks, yet everytime i went in and clicked on the tracking #, there was nothjing. the last email i had from them was on 14 Jun from a lady named Serena, and on every email, i addressed her. Yesterday i finally repored, 23 July, them to my bank and here i am alerting others. if you GOOGLE this company, i wasnt the only one, and everyone had the same experience that i had

Ordered a range finder from GOLFiyo on 28 May, one contact back from them with a [censored] Canadian tracking # and nothing since. Haven't received device, reported them to my bank and BBB

Same here...tried for 2 sets...total loss $99.98. Could not contact golfiyo. Also show a $3 intra country charge. Waited 5 weeks...nothing.

The company Golfiyo when I saw on facebook at that time was using the Callaway golf set strata for 80% off total came to 50 dollars they took money off my card when I tried to email them to see where my confirmation number was to have a paper trail the same message kept coming through every time I emailed them more or less saying due to the coronavirus / covid 19 some orders may be delayed or take longer than normal after I googled the name 1 week after the order 36 bad complaints showed up taken money off a card not getting a product not having a phone number

And so on I think the email says [email protected] or .org

On 6/2/2020 I saw advertised a set of golf clubs; Strata Ultimate 19 16PC Mens Full Set × 1 right. for 49.99 and free shipping. the Order was confirmed and my CC was charged 49.99. 5 days later I received email stating order was on the way and tracking number attached. However, the tracking number was for a package that was delived on 5/15 to an address on the other side of the country. It was completely inpossible to be the tracking number to my order.I emailed Golfiyo to request the correct tracking number and they responded with the same email, same incorrect tracking number. I emailed them 3 additional times requesting the correct tracking or a refund. I have not had any other response from them.
