I contacted them through their website they texted me right away. Stated they could sell me the desired golf cart for a couple hundred less than even stated on website. The person said shipping would be 400 dollars. Guaranteed me delivery by Monday. Then the shipping company they supposedly used said they have a hold on the cart because they need insurance on it to which requested I pay 1,000 dollars. Otherwise my package would be destroyed. Said it was held by the authorities because it didn’t have the proper paperwork to cover the load. But they would give me 875.00 cash back at delivery. When I asked to have them send me the paperwork to assess the validity of it they didn’t produce any. When contacting the seller they barely answer any questions and will not send me any shipping information like a receipt of shipment and no shipping receipts or manifest numbers. Now they have simply stopped answering all together.
