I was searching for a piece of luggage and found it on the this website. I placed the order and paid for it through the PayPal link the way I always do. However, it showed that I would be charged extra by PayPal for using my credit card so I chose my checking account. The payment of $86 was processed twice. When I attempted to reach the “merchant” the telephone phone number didn’t work and the email address didn’t either. I called PayPal but they said that the payment was made as cash so they couldn’t help me. I called the bank and they couldn’t help me either. Two $86 payments went to someone named Amanda Carter.
