I received an invoice from them for $498.95 I've tried contacting them several times via the phone number that is on the invoice every single time it says the exact same thing we are, experiencing a high volume of calls right now please leave a message and we will return your call,which they never returned my call

We receive faxes from Golden Yellow Directories Inc. stating that we owe $498.95 for a listing we did not authorize. This is a scam and this company has done this to our office multiple times for several years. We attempted to contact them to let them know that we will not be paying because this was not authorized and is obviously a scam but never had any luck in talking to anyone. This company uses the yellow pages walking fingers logo. We have never had a business relationship with Golden Yellow Directories Inc and never will.

I received a bill via fax at my business for a bill in regards to an ad that I don't have with this company. After doing some research and checking with your agency it appears that they are not a legitimate business. I've attached the fax that I received. I hope to receive correspondence back from you to confirm my suspicions.

Invoice received in fax. We've never done business with this company. I can see how someone who isn't paying attention to their accounts payable might fall for this.

We received a fax on April 30th listing it as an invoice for $498.95. We had never used this company before and I was left confused. I decided to call but on all lines, I was left with the machine telling me it was too busy and they had a lot of calls. I decided to check online and now I see that it is a scam. The weird thing is that they had all our information but I am pretty sure someone can access this if they just looked up our business.
