they contacted me w/a buyer to sell a time share in Mexico. They assigned a title company to record the transactions. The buyer was to pay all fees. They deposited in a secured account. I would pay the fee and the next day it reflected in the bank account. I paid for issues that sounded legitimate closing charges. This went on and on. They gave me personal guarantees from their business corporate, Title Insurance and from the bank (Banco Del Bajio S.A.) I lost $277,684.19. At this point, for 2 months, I have not been able to communicate w/ all parties involved, including the bank!
