I hiried golden state services to save my home with a loan modification. I was assigned Leslie Castro as my case worker to work with my lender. I filled all paperwork that my lender and golden state services wanted in a timely manner and returned them. I was later informed by Leslie Castro that I was approved and would be receiving the paperwork. After not receiving the paperwork in a couple of days I hadon't made several phone calls with no return response I made several emails with no response. Was not until I sent a fax that state that I was going to sue that Leslie Castro had her assistant call me and try and say that I told them not to speak to my Lender ( which is absolutely false) I explained to Leslie Castro's assistant that I have a complete loguide of all phone calls emails and fax communication. Leslie Castro's assistance stated that leslie would contact me to go over the dates. Leslie never called. I finally emailed Bryan Morris Sr Case Manager stated to him that I was going to the State Attorney General of Arizona for Fraud and opening up an FBI case of Fraud. Bryan Morris contacted me on July 01 2016 and said he would refund my money and would send out a check on July 05 2016 and that he would email me the details. I never received the email and as of July 11 2016 no refund check and it appears Bryan Morris Sr Case Manager has decided to ignore the several attempts of contacts I have tried to make.

*** was contacted by mail around the middle of May about a government home refinance program, after collecting information on *** over the phone he sent and e-mail with an attachment to copy, ( home refinance application). after contacting *** a couple more times over a couple week period, he asked *** for $3000.00 for a refinance fee. I could not find the business on ScamPulse.com, and when I looked on Google Maps I could not it when I typed in ( Golden State Services 1 East Washington St. Suite 500 Phoenix Az. 85004

i received a postcard in the mail. in regards to home refinancing. i started talking to a man by the name of Brian Morris. who was suppose to be my case worker. he called me on a two way line as if he had my mortgage company on the phone with. they wanted $ 4,000 to do my home refi/modification. i called my loan company and they had no record of ever speaking to this company Golden State Services.. (Arizona).....
