These people are providing internet service and they are not reachable when the service goes down. They continue to take payments from your credit card even though you’ve cancelled your services and they don’t ever call you back. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop them from taking my money and they continue to send invoices to my email saying they’re taking it off of my card! I lost 1 month of services and they continue to bill me.
