I found on Facebook Golden Retriever Puppies for sale so I contacted them. The next day I received a message from messenger from a person later identified herself as Maria and was the owner of a Cream Colored Golden Retriever Puppy name Sophia and she was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. So we discussed the dog and agreed on a payment of $800.00 for the dog and $100.00 for shipping. I went to my bank and transferred the money to the account they gave me and she said we will be shipping the dog soon. A few hours later I received a text from this Maria saying the puppy was shipped and I would be receiving a email shortly from the shipper with all the tracking information. I did receive the email from the shipper who were identified themselves as USPSC Shippers and they advised my puppy was enroute and would be delivered to my home ay 8:00 PM on 08-27-21 which was about 6 hours after it was supposedly picked up.. Then about 2 hours later I get a email from the shipper stating our puppy was placed on hold and we needed to pay a Bill of entry (Form 12) $18.00 and Bunker Adjustment Factor $15.00 and Temporal Insurance Cover $2,477.00. Now why all of a sudden did the puppy need a Bill of Entry form when the dog was supposedly being shipped form Southerner California to Northern California so it never left the US. their email also states the puppy is being held in Bakersfield,CA by the United States Pet Control. I also have email stating this puppy cleared customs and again why would customs be involved with this when the puppy was never brought into the US it was just supposedly being shipped from Southern CA to Northern CA. Also, if a shipping company required this so called insurance then it should have received that before ever taking position of the puppy. After receiving this news I advised them I was not going to accept the puppy and then I began getting phone calls and texts from the following number 973-619-9218 basically trying to pressure me to pay that money, saying it was my responsibly for the puppy since the paperwork says the dog belonged to me. At which time a told advised them there is no way because I have never signed any paperwork regarding that dog. Now I was advised earlier by this Maria that she would have the paperwork emailed to me for my signature of owner transfer and a bill of sale and I never received any type of paperwork. Also, the person I was texting for so called USPSC Shippers told me after I advised him I could not find any government agency named United States Pet Control he told me that I just did not know how to search and that agency is with the USDA. So we Googled the USDA and not agency with the name of United States Pet Control could be found.

Now I have kept all of my correspondence regarding this so called puppy deal this includes all emails and texts. I also have in my messenger on Facebook where i was contacted by https://www.facebook.com/Golden-Retriever-Puppies-For-Adoption-113581714258436.<...⇄ />
Now I Googled the so called USPSC Shipper and there is no match,
