I was contacted by email that they could help me with the loan modification they sent me paperwork I checked over the paperwork I checked their rating and everything else they had a five-star rating everything looked good everything looked above board they said that they need to collect that they would do it forbearance with my mortgage company and then I would have to pay them x amount of fee for 5 months well I ended up paying fees for 6 months this is the 7th month I've been trying to get a hold of somebody to find out what's going on with my loan and nobody will contact me back and last month they had me send my 2019 and 2020 tax returns to them after I sent those documents and that monthly payment I have not heard word one from anyone from that company I just want to refund of all my moneys
