This scammer uses the front of Golden Elite Antiques to make himself appear as a legitimate business owner. Until two weeks ago, “Golden Elite Antiques” stated on GoldenEliteAntiques.com that its business address was 505 Thistle Green Court, Villanova, PA, and the business owner was listed as John Randall Pettersson Jr. In early January this man contacted me via Zoosk.com, established his identity as an architect/designer, and proceeded to spend two months discussing his business, career, etc., with me before asking me for money to help him get out of Turkey, where he claimed to be on a trip to work on a construction project while sourcing antiques from the country for high-wealth US buyers. When I hired an attorney to research him and his business, it was found that no such business exists, and the Villanova address is a residential lot currently for sale for development. Now that I have exposed John Randall Pettersson (while not giving him a penny of my money), he has “moved” the business to Rudence Court in Charlotte, changed his phone number from 484-892-6295 to the number listed above, and changed his name to Jerry Pettersson. He now lists his email address as [email protected] and changed his photos on the web site to those of another man entirely. He is using the business front to appear legitimate in attempts to get vulnerable women to wire money to him. He’s sloppy...as you can see from my attached screen shots, he now uses a photo of a man in front of designer gowns (and not antiques); he lists North Carolina as “New” Carolina in the address, and he forgot to remove the parentheses from the space in which he continues to replace one name with another as he moves on to scam other women.
