I had the very same experience from the above buyers, this is a SCAM, they are making money off of us. #RipOff... I bought something that the total cost was $14.95, however a few weeks later I see $85 & $118 out of my account, I made a claim, my bank denied it, I called those SUPER RUDE people who was no help to me, I even asked if I could send the shipment back to them, because I had not used any of it yet, and they said no of course, plain ole rip off

Ordered the cbd oil and recieved the cream for free. Was never told that i had to cancel this trial order. Now my bank account is being charged $85.00 for a cream, and there is nowhere on their site to cancel. After waiting for 24 minutes, a super rude, and very frustrated representive, located in Costa Rica, explained that there was nothing she could do. I asked to return product, and was told there was a 20 percent restocking fee, for a product I did not ask for. When looking at my bank account, they label the company as MALE BENEFIT OPTIONS? Who is this and why are they hiding their name? After getting no where with this RUDE person named Carrie, I asked to speak to a manager, She stated " our surpervisors will be in a meeting today for 14 hours, and you will not be able to speak to anyone besides herself. Stay away from this company. SCAM! SCAM!

89102 I had same experience! Had ordered oil and cream for $14.95? on trial, about two weeks ago, give or take. Today, two charges on my bank account. One for $118 (the oil) and one for $85 (the cream)! Called and spoke to John (could be Jonathan), and was told, because I didn’t call and cancel before the end of the trial period, that I was being charged full price! Really? $203 for a two ounce bottle of oil (and for all I know, it’s peppermint flavored olive oil), and a 3 or 4 ounce jar of cream that smells a little like ‘icy hot’! The address is 10018 Lower Azusa Rd #D, El Monte, CA 91731 (on both containers, but could be bogus)! Am reporting to Better Business Bureau!

I received a notification from my bank account, that a transaction was attempted to be debt from my account in the amount of $118. So I called the customer service line an spoke to a guy allegedly name “Jonathan” well this guy is a piece of work. After I had told him that I didn’t authorize nor order any type of product. He blatantly stated that I wasn’t being honest. He went on and on about nothing at all. So I asked to speak to a supervisor, which he first said he had no supervisor, so when I began to question him about it, the truth came out. He didn’t want to transfer me to a supervisor. So I called back, the next gentleman that answered the phone his name was either Daniel or David. He claimed that he heard the conversation between me and Jonathan, and that he was the “group leader.” But then I heard birds in the background chirping so that was a huge red flag for me. Please be vigilant!
