I ordered a dress from Golden Barrel Boutique. They'd advertised on multiple social media sites. This order was placed 2.26.20. As of 9.30.20, I have not received my order. I tried to contact them multiple times (3/19, 4/13, 5/17, 5/24, and 9/30) on an estimate of when to expect my order or how to cancel the order, as it has not yet been shipped. Each time I get the same stock email about how they are expecting some delays due to covid. 8 months isn’t a little delay as they say. When I try to respond to get more info, no one gets back to me. I can’t cancel my order on the website, but they said I can return the order once I receive it. But if I never receive it, I’m out of luck and my money.

I purchased an item from this boutique on March 2nd and never received anything. I tried emailing the company and received an automated response every time. If you try to contact them through Facebook they immediately block you. Their Facebook pages have been shut down numerous times. In doing my research, I have found that there are so many women who have also been scammed by them! They sell things through their website but never follow through with sending any of them.
