I have several documentation of emails, the panel showing all packages, receipts pictures of items received all thinking this was a legit job and I would like to sue this company for scamming me thinking I had a job! Please see all the pictures below as example why anyone would think this is legit, the b[censored] Mary Lane responded like any other employer manager- I am uploading all this so that other people don't become victim to this cruelty- I am highly p[censored] out about this entire situation in case anyone have not noticed cause who wouldn't be, I want My Money that I was promised to get, I sacrificed a whole month thinking I had a job and struggling expecting a paycheck for my hard work and dedication and when that day finally comes I can't get my money someone please advise thanks your responses are highly appreciated.

I was contacted by this company from Indeed.com prior to filling out multiple applications on the website and was contacted via email, was told to fill out employment form Dec 6th 2021 that was sent to me via email and contacted by a person named Mary Lane who claimed to be the personal manager of the company called Golden Age Shipping! Inital start date was Dec 15th 2021, thought this was a legitimate employment company as this person spoke to me via phone and several emails responding back and fourth had a phone interview one on one with her and she sent me forms to read and fill out, employment and agreement form,she even guided me every step in logging into the panel where I would see the packages that were scheduled to deliver to my address and see what they claim would be compensation. I was told that this position would be a package handler position that was fully remote and that I would get a base salary of $3000 for my trial period (30 days) so on January 14th 2022 would receive that amount plus bonuses and any other reimbursement if I had to pay for boxes, shipping label to be printed out at the fed ex ups or usps branches all I had to do was send receipts to her via email attachments and that for every package that could not get delivered to me and I had to pick up I would get paid $30 extra for each one. We had multiple emails back and fourth where she responded and also phone calls she either answered or called me back when I ran into any issue with packages delivering or had to go pick up- for one month straight anyone would think this was a legitimate company and employement they got, was told that every two weeks after the trial period was over would get base pay $1500 so on January 28th another paycheck would be deposited in my account which this was a 1099 position so at end of year they would send form to fill out for tax purposes- The only thing she asked me for was my Driver License for identity and to fill out on the panel website how I would like to receive paycheck so I filled out the direct deposit section- they conducted a background check prior to offering position when was filling out application asking for signature for consent, even more to believe they was legit. My panel had only 20-21 packages in total scheduled to deliver or either had to go pick up which Mary advised me of each day via email if a signature was requires she let me know prior to delivery, the only packages that were under my name was the ones I had to physically go and pick up from retailers such as Best Buy and Apple store ( I have picked up macbook laptop, 2 iphones 13) all where I shipped out within 24 hours of receiving, the panel had everything set up looking legit where I had to go in hit received, upload a picture of items I got and/packaging label whether delivery or in person pick up and then link would pop up to request outgoing shipping label. Within the next few hours or the next day a prepaid shipping label was ready to download either from Fed EX, UPS, I had to print it out and place on the package either the same box it delivered to my house in tape it back up neatly and drop off to the nearest fed ex or ups location there they would have package on scale scan the label and give me a drop off receipt which then had to go back in panel hit sent and upload the receipt as proof that I shipped back out the package and that person name or my name with description of items that was delivered would say success and the color on side would turn from blue to purple meaning that everything went thru on my side successfully- I was sent a user guide via email in beginning how to ooerate and undertand the panel so even more to think this was a legit company. I was doing this for a month straight there were days I stumbled across some issues with label when downloading it, or the panels had some maintenance issue and error pop up with quanity of items suppose to receive and if I had called Mary or emailed her she responded and guided me what to do so who wohld think that this was all a big scam not anyone, but anyways so with all that stated come towards new year 2022 her and I spoke several times and emailed everyday up till the 11th of January where after I noticed in panel I have completed almost all the packages that were scheduled to deliver or had picked up except one for a Matthew Smith looked like they had some delay with Fed Ex in delivering and had no update on website when shipping would take place asked Mary about it ans she responded saying that we just have to wait till Fed Ex can give us shipping details if it was received by facility but then stated to me about my great work I am doing so far and when I asked about payroll again to make sure all was set since that was the week finally would get paid on Jan 14th (friday) she replied telling me that they have all information needed for direct deposit and that I would see my compensation no later than 10am friday again stated $3000 for base pay, $30 for each additional package that I had to pick up and some other bonuses for the great work I have done during the trial period but wasnt sure the exact amount in the bonuses would receive so all of that was believeable and I thought wow this is awesome and thanked her for helping me from the beginning keeping me posted with each delivery, communicating with me during trial period and just being a huge help thanking her for giving me this opportunity and all. Coming towards the next day as it getting closer to pay day I see there is no email from her in the morning saying whether or not any packages are scheduled to deliver or if I had to pick up anything so I logged into panel see that there is nothing scheduled so didnt think much of it mind you usually get email from her each day around 8:15am-8:23am saying update for that day since Dec 6th, so around mid day sent her a email asking her how she doing saying that it must be slow this week cause not seeing anything scheduled etc sent it did not get no response so didnt think nothing of it until the next day same thing its now Jan 13th sent her email, logged in panel see there is no change or update on any other deliveries scheduled or have to pick up anything so now becoming worried cause she not responding nor calling me back when I tried calling first thing came across my mind something happen with her maybe emergency or phone got lost never did I think for a sec that this was a scam that I would be a victim of someone having me do work all this time wasting gas to drive here and there daily to either pick up a package and then have to go drive it to shipping facility to ship out, see there no responses still - now by end of Jan 13th in the afternoon was spealing to my husband about it and he saying you sure they not dodging me come that payday is the next day cause its strange all of sudden after the 11th of Jan not hearing any responses from mary lane so I emailed again even down to the payday now I waited till after 10am as she stated should see the deposit and still no response from her no phone call back so then I went unto google to look up do some research about this company as I did it before when I firat applied and didnt find anything saying that this was a scam or giving me a warning prior to starting- I had asked all the questions to Mary in the beginning via phone interview so didnt have a reason to think this was scam it was not until yesterday Jan 17th after seeing on January 14th no paycheck deposited into my account was still able to see panel and log in to see that I was suppose to get paid on 14th but when I tried to go back in panel yesterday around 12 noon that is when I notice the log in passcode and email popped up that it was invalid meaning that I either got disconnected off from someone on the admin side or information was changed and it deactivated my log in information then I got concerned and tried calling Mary Lane left her voicemails emailed again, and still have not got any responses- then went on google to see how can I file a complaint against a company that clearly has scammed me thinking I had actually came across employment and would be making some money and found this website where I saw other people had the same experience and this is just very depressing and sad to know that people are actually like that in this world, we already struggling with Covid 19 and people having hatred towards mankind as it is so having to go thru this struggle and not being paid for something you thought was an employement this is the limit I need someone to please advise me is there a way I can file a lawsuit against this company and get compensation for the work I have put in for a whole month wasting my time- I even bought a printer to use at home to print out my shipping labels cause I was being charged each time at Fed Ex and UPS for them to use their printer and print out a label when I sent it to email after downloading it I had made Mary aware of this and she had stated to me that if when I get paid after trial I can buy a printer of my own and in the meantime to send her all the receipts that I was being charged for when dropping off each package via email and that I would be reimbursed for all of it so clearly the paycheck I was suppose to get on January 14th 2022 was suppose to be in amount of approx almost $ 3,078 the maximum amount stated to me in beginning of hiring on was $3400 so with picking up 2 packages that is $60 bucks extra on top of $3000 and all reimbursement added up is another $18, not to mention whatever bonuses I was told would get for excellent work during trial period. Can someone please help me out and advise what should I do, its hard enough trying to get another job and filling out employement applications waiting for someone to reach out and say you got a job but what am I suppose to do for this where I havent got no money for the work I have put in sacrified a whole month thinking I had a job, I have bills to pay just like everyone else, I wanted to report this company cause def dont want what happened to me and others in the past for anyone else in the near future having to experience this and put a stop to these disgustingly evil minded people who clearly have no heart to scam people like what joy can you possibly get out of this?

I answered an ad on Indeed regarding a "mailclerk position". I was contacted by e-mail for phone interview by a person named Amber Sanders "HR Supervisor" to discuss the position further. After responding to her for a date and time, I was then contacted by Mary Lane "Personal Manger" who discussed that the position was a "Package Handler" that paid $3000 per month and offered me the job. The first 30 days was a trial period and after that I would receive my first $3000 salary. Then after that it would be $1500 every two weeks. I would receive packages from people out of the country who shopped online and purchased items at stores here in the USA. They items would be shipped to me in my name and upon receipt I would take pictures and log in the package information in to a user panel, print a new shipping label and ship it either through Fed Ex or USPS. There would be 80 packages per month and a extra bonus paid for each package over that amount. They only requested a copy of my drivers license. I did not provide any other personal info other than my address and phone number. They would send a form 1099 at the end of the year for tax reporting. My thirty day period ended 12/17/2021 and I never heard from them again and my log in to their user panel was deactivated.

The offer sounded legal and the paperwork they provided was very convincing. I did my homework and checked their website and the ScamPulse.com for any misleading information and found none. You can never be too careful.

The very same thing happened to me too. My trial period ended 12/23/2021 and my access to the portal have been deactivated. Items I received were electric kettle, air fryers, motor rotors, iPhone 13 etc. I have also sent multiple emails to Mary Lane and have not received a response.
