I purchased an item over 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. I’ve emailed several times with one response saying I should receive tracking soon.

I ordered a hair curler back in 9/4/2018. It is now more than a month later and I dont have it. Tracking information states it is in transit but never delivered. There is no contact number and they do not answer to your emails. Big scam.

I saw an add on Facebook for a flat iron curler on 9/4/18, purchased it for $42.94 (with expedited shipping $2.95), I received an email of confirmation of purchase the next day. Then the day after a notification that my curler shipped with tracking ID. My item was supposed to be here 9/20. Never showed up. So I went to the website and contacted the company via the only method that they placed on their website which is to email them. I emailed six different times and never received any correspondence or return email back, I have still not received the product and I was charged the day after I made the order online. Now reading further comments and other reports I believe I was scammed. I have filed a dispute with my bank.

I ordered a gold curler online on Facebook thinking this was a great deal. They made it seem like it was the Tyme curler at a discounted rate. I have never purchased anything off of Facebook but, I decided I could trust them because they were on Facebook. It's been a month and nothing yet. I emailed them and still nothing . I will be calling my bank next to report this charge

Purchased a gold curler hair iron on September 4, and have not received any updates since. They charged me $39.99 and it is now 9/27. I have not gotten an email explaining delayed delivery or any responses to my multiple complaints to them.
