The address I have for Gold Members Club is137 Egg Harbor Rd Sewell New Jersey 08080. I was contacted by them They said they could get my money back that I had paid another company that was a fraud. That Company was Executive Resorts Network. I paid $2899. They offered to se;; my RCI getaway weeks.

the worse bunch of con artist running a com company.
all should be arrested and put away for a long time. like 20 years and one day.
this crap started in early jan 2022 from the master minded PETER RABBIT
LANG. his words to me we will sell or rent your time share in 90 days are less. never did happen . was also told by master peter lang if didnt sell
would totallly refund all my money . which he or they didnt do .
started in april to call and check on the time share.
no one was ever available or they were in meeting . or out of the office.
until maden maranda finally spoke to me. with out a last name
which she would not give me her last name .
started calling regular on may 16 th and still got the run around.it about time to call the attorney general of new jersey . the person is a lady attorney general . they con me out of 1499.00 and will not make a offer to settle with me ,
this is the way this company operate to beat senior citizens and old retires people .
shut them down and send all them to the pokkie that is prison for a long time.

SCAM! Don’t do it

I got a call back in January 2021 asking me to give them my RCI weeks for $900 and they will repay us $6,000. When I asked why we had to pay, they said it was for marketing fees. I passed. Then on July 2021 they called again and offered the same deal. They even sent me the contract via email. I said yes and paid with a credit card (thank God). I’ve been trying to reach out to them since December 2021 and I get the run around. No one knows when would I get the money but “we are almost at the end of the tunnel” (that’s what the agent said lol). I called my credit card company and started a dispute. Do not fall for Gold Members Club. They are not affiliated with RCI or Wyndham.

Definitely a scam, and I fell for it.

They called and sold me the deal. Sounded legit on the phone. A month later I told them I wanted out and they convinced me to give it more time. Too late now for a charge back, and I'm not getting any updates. Just don't do it.

Getting call's from this company telling me that they can sell my unused weeks. As I started to ask questions, if the person thought the question or comment was difficult to answer they passed you onto another person. I hung up before the third person talked to me.
Don't get drawn in. They don't like it when you tell them this is a possible scam. Ask their first and last name.
One person told me she was Vanesa Smith. I had to laugh she used Smith. Either she was telling the truth or no imagination.

We are getting our customers calling us complaining about the scam of the is company. They are telling our customers they work closely with us (SFX Preferred Resorts, a vacation exchange company) to help rent out or sell their timeshare property for a listing fee, and claim to represent our company. We have no affiliation with them what-so-ever. They are lying to consumers about their relationship with us in order to scam them out of a listing fee. We have recorded conversations as evidence. We want to report this to the Attorney General's office, but we have not been able to find an address or any other way to track them down. We need to at least warn consumers about this.
