I ordered a sample product for CBD oil from Gold Labs. I ordered a sleep CBD oil from them at the same time. I agreed to pay for shipping at $4.95 per sample. The sample products were not CBD oil. One sample was some kind of rancid vegetable oil and the other, which was for sleep, tasted like cough syrup. Of course, neither product worked. I was out of town when the products arrived and while I was traveling I was charged $89.95 x 2 on my bank account. My bank fraud department notified me of these suspicious charges and I immediately called the phone number given to me by the bank. I vehemently protested the charges and threatened to report the company. They agreed to refund some of the money but insisted that I had agreed to these charges. Criminals.
