I placed an online order with Gold Cultures back in July of 2020. Order number #10791. I purchased 3 necklaces. Gold Cultures were advertising, purchasing 2 necklaces and received one free at the time. I made the purchase, received confirmation that the order was processed successfully. With a shipping of within 2 weeks. Weeks passed, no update. I reached out multiple times, only to get a response of the "website is down, once it is back up and running, they would send an email". That never happened. And I've yet to receive my items or a refund. I've requested a refund several times, only to get back no response.

Gold Cultures started out saying that the shipments were delayed due to COVID-19. It's been 2 years and still no update, no items, no refund, no customer service response or anything. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR MY ORDER THAT WAS PLACED
