I ordered gun powder for reloading and paid $208.99 through Venmo. Then they wanted $200.00 for insurance and said it would be refunded upon the delivery of the package. Now they say they need another $300.00 because the insurance fee was late. The $200.00 was paid through Zelle. I am out $408.99. I am very upset about this. Can you please help me with this? Thank you.
