I ordered a T-shirt online from
goingtee.com I was charged $35. for over a week I continued to check the status of my order and it said "awaiting fulfillment". I called them numerous times from the number on their website to get no answer or call back. I emailed support several times with no response. once I finally emailed them my last time letting them know I would be reporting them for charging me for an item apparently that is not in stock and a Gentleman from a random email address emailed me back telling me "awaiting fulfillment" was them preparing my order to get it shipped. that makes no sense. I never got the order - I had to dispute the charge through my bank account this is not a legit company.

I ordered a sweatshirt from the goingtee.com website on 12/8/19. I received an email confirming the order and later received another email saying the status of the order changed and was awaiting shipment. It also said there was no tracking number assigned yet. GoingTee cashed my online purchase of $45.85 on 12/9/19. A week later, since I had not received an confirmation of shipment, I went online to their website to check on the order's status. I could not find my order on their website only a place for a Tracking number which I had still not received. I left a message on their phone and sent an email to [email protected]. Since I did not hear back, I began to research them online. Their "Home Office" address goes to a home in Minnesota. An online Google search shows the same address for several other tshirt companies (all out of business now) - one of those was Trends Shirts which has an F rating from the BBB. I found out that their goingtree.com website is one month old. I suspect they keep opening and closing new businesses to stay ahead of the game. I cancelled my credit card so they cannot make further purchases on my card. Their goingtee.com website also lists three "Warehouse" addresses. Their site looks legit but you cannot find info about your order, you cannot talk with anyone, they don't return calls or emails.
