Ordered 2 shirts, received 2 different shirts.

When I emailed them telling about this and posting pics, they answered me this:
Our products are shipped overseas and are more expensive to ship. This will cost us both time and money, and if returned, it can cause losses.
Can you keep the goods in use? You can give it to others.
In order to apologize for the trouble ,if it possible,we would like to provide a 30% discount for your next order ,suitable for any items in our website.
I then wrote back:
Hi there again.
When I don’t get what I order, but something else and I don’t want that, You want me to buy what I want once again from you?
No. It´s your responsibility to check that the manufacturer knows what color to produce from.
So if sending/returning the items costs more than producing, It´s better to not do that, but I am not willingly to take that loss. I can maybe get rid of the ones I received, but to a lower price than I payed, pluss the work by doing this.

So if you care about your business reputation, you do like everyone else, offer your costumer full compensation. So either you make the manufacturer make new ones in the right colors for free, or you take the loss yourself.

So far, they have not responded to my last msg.

Gogoclo advertised products on facebook. I clicked on the facebook advertisement and was taken to their website. After reading the descriptions and looking through photos of the products, I purchased 4 shirts from them on March 13th. On April 7th, a package from Gogoclo arrived with 2 shirts that in no way resemble any of the shirts I paid for. They are not the same colors, design, or materials. When I brought this to their attention, they asked me to wait on the rest of the order to arrive. On May 1st another package arrived with two more shirts that also do not resemble any of the shirts I paid for. I requested they refund my money and offered to send the shirts back, but they're insisting that the final package has not yet arrived, and that I continue waiting.
