I ordered riding dinosaur from them in Nov 2020. I never did receive. Such a scam

I ordered 2 of their ride on dinosaur's for my 2 youngest grand children in October 2020 for $50 each. I reached out to them by email in November asking when I could expect to receive them. They assured me they would be here by Christmas. I then 2 weeks later reached out again and was told they were overwhelmed with orders and were back up but should be here for Christmas. Well Christmas came and went no dinosaurs. I then figured I would use for their birthdays in March if they came in January. No good, I have exchanged several emails, but I have not had a response from them since 4 Jan to which Sky Lark replied "We sincerely apologize for this matter. We have worked hard to get your order as soon as possible. But due to the disease situation and manpower there was a delay. We are contacting a shipping agent to get the item to you as soon as possible. Thank you " I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and they did not respond to the BBB either. I just sent another email 6 months later again asking for a full refund. Never again will I do business with these folks. Total loss is $99.94.

I ordered on November 3, 2020. They was very good about emailing but about a month after I placed my order now their email don't work. I paid about $50 for this and never got it.

I purchased a dinosaur for my grandson in October 2020 for Christmas. I
paid $59.70. Instead of the actual thing that I ordered, they sent me a cheap stuffed animal. It was supposed to be something that he could ride, and it also made a sound. I corresponded with them for weeks with them telling me that they were working on my order. Now I sent an email and the email address is no longer valid.
