They kept asking for my credit or debit card info after I had already entered it. I don't know if my order was confirmed. My purchase was for over $60. I just gave up, since I didn't want to be charged twice.

The company Godideal has a website that advertises women's underware. I was interested in a bras and paid $31.00. It took over three weeks to receive the item and when I received the bras and tried it, it was not what was advertised. I explained my disatisfaction and their first response was: We'll credit you with $10.00 and you keep the bras. I was not interested in that offer and tried to confirm the address where I needed to return the item.

I did not hear from them again so I returned the item via USPS to the address on the package envelope. I have USPS confirmation of delivery.

The company stated that the return has to be set to China because they do not have an office in the USA. The package that I received came from California. They insist that that s only a transfer station and they have not receive my return.

There was nothing on their website that stated that returns were to be sent to China.

I will approach the credit company and see if they can cancel that charge. Still other consumers need to know that this company is not to be trusted.
