I ordered a heated jacket for a Christmas present on November 6th and I received nothing. I e-mailed them and they just sent automated messages that they are working on my order. They eventually sent a tracking number but could not use it. The number was not a good number. I was very disappointed in this service and could not talk to anyone because it was all automated. I still to this day which is after Christmas have not heard or received nothing.
