This website sells expensive shoes and I ordered a pair of men's 6 sneakers. I didn't receive them and the only way to communicate is through email. Which they never responded to

Purchased A pair Of Jordan Retro 11 Gratitude on 11/13/2023 from Goat, Then hit on sneakers app 11/14/2023 for a shock drop received Nike pair 11/17/2023 then received Goat pair on 11/24/2023 only to find out Goat shipped fake pair to me abd when I received goat shipment it had a bunch of foreign stickers which i removed before even looking at the pair out of box, very dumb decision by myself because goat then asked for pictures of stickers which i coundnt give, long story short Goat said there is nothing they can do about it, so i filed a complaint did not received merchandise as described with my credit card company, This was a absolutely horrible experience, so thanks for nike shock drop i wouldn't have know goat sent fakes

I sent my shoes off to goat because they got sold through the goat app.Then I get an email saying that my original shoe box was missing and that my shoe was bgrade so the buyer didn't want it. I sent off my shoe box and took pics of it how is it that they became missing in shipping?The original box was inside the shipment box with the shoes in them. Red flag!! After that cancelled sale I decided to go with cosign so I won't have to pay to ship them back to continue to resell. Meaning goat would keep them in there storage(facilities)in case they sold to someone else. As soon as I chose to cosign on the app my shoes automatically disappeared. No update no status on them. Just said my "issue has been resolved".Then I stayed emailing them for a week or 2 asking on my shoes whereabouts. Goat never responded only with their automated systems. Goat was too much to continue associating with that I decided to get them sent back. business I couldn't continue to trust. So I finally received a response on my shoes whereabouts and they were visibly back on my app again. I had options now to get them shipped back or sell.So I chose to pay and get them sent back. So I did and received a confirmation on when I was suppose to receive them. Then the day of the delivery nothing shows up. I call to track my order with UPS and they tell me that theyve never received any packages from Goat. Goat just made a label and it was suppose to be shipped but goat never dropped them off. So my shoes are still missing and its frustrating dealing with this company. GOAT needs to be put out of businesses. Goat stole my money and shoes. They are doing it to others as well.Customer service is only by email. No help at all. I just emailed them about my shoes again. My issue has not been resolved. I sent those shoes off to sell for about $210 and they didn't sell so I ended up paying to ship back $12 and never received my shoes.

The website is a fake GOAT website. GOAT is a website that sells shoes. The website has the title GOAT when you go to their homepage but the URL does not match. When purchased, funds are sent to an individuals PayPal account which is when I realized it was a scam. The PayPal account is titled Kingku Inc.
