First and foremost my compliant is against Frank and Adele at Go to Bank. I have provided four starter kit go to bank card that was requested of me. The first card was for $50.00 the second was $230.00 and the third one was $100.00. They wanted a $350.00 payment all in one payment not separate payments. I have spoken to Frank at the number 6012828464 and I have spoken to a Adeline at 2285673045. I applied for a loan in the amount of $5000.00 I was suppose to receive the loan last Thursday and the reason I did not receive the loan was due to technical issues and that I would get the loan Friday Morning, but since it was the weekend I would have to wait until Monday, but Monday they requested an additional $100.00.

Ive been trying to get in contact with someone for weeks. I went to Walmart to pick up my $500 that was sent from my account and when they scanned the bar code it said it was expired or that the money was already picked up. I never received my $500 and need my money refunded back to me?

All right so a friend referred me to go to bank they will get $50 I will get $50 did not say you got to have $200 of directed direct deposit in the 45 days did not say stated that when you open the account you got to have directed deposit of $200 or more you got to have two direct deposits before you get your $50 and they get their $50 it says stated when you open an account with go2bank that they will give you $50 and the other person that help me account with the referral code we'll turn around and get $50 as well did not state you got to have two direct deposits of $200 or more in the 45 days

They have been not letting me into my account either just because I cant access my old email address. And lost my card when we moved. My special needs daughter money from social security goes into this account as well. So I have the burden of proof on the deposit. I have or had account numbers and routing but they now tell me after all this time that they been giving me account balances routing and account numbers for direct deposit. They took 24 dollars from me for a fast debit card shipping and of course it didn't come either.

BUYER BEWARE! I have been trying to get my account balance sent to me for 6 weeks as of this writing they have decided to keep my money. This is the reason for this write. DONT USE THIS BANK, they will keep your money. The last time I contacted them I ask where are your brick and mortar banks and who own you. They said we are owned by a Chinese conglomerate and our only bank is in Provo Utah. So be careful and go someplace else.

This bank allows users to input a fake or stolen social and receive a debit card with NO QUESTIONS OR FOLLOW UP REGARDING THE PERSONAL INFORMATION USED. Both adults in my household and at least three other friends have reported that this bank has randomly sent them a debit card with no prior contact. At the very least, they aren't following federal procedures regarding collection and use of social security numbers.

I received a debit visa in the mail. Real visa with my name, chip, # , expiration etc. It had a number to activate. I did not want to activate so I tried to call the company and get this canceled. Only got a robot on the phone wanting me to put the card # in, then my social, then my birthdate. It is already fraud so I did not want to put all this information in because I was afraid it would activate the card. You could not get a real customer service. It was more than frustration that you are unable to get a human on the phone to cancel this card. I read on the web that everyone else was having this issue with this bank. there was no fraud department. Just to activate or report stolen for a new card. Any bank that does not take fraud serious is a scam to me.

I received a debit card with bank account information requesting me to activate the account. I did not request or submit any information to create an account. When I called GO2bank, they told me that are opening accounts in people’s name with information they gained through an indirect manner. They then send the account and debit cards to this person hoping they will accept the terms and account. I asked if they use the credit bureaus to verify individuals or any fraudulent account activity, and I was told no.

Go2 Bank a subsidiary of Green Dot and is sending text messages in the middle of the night to people saying "their Debit Card is on the way". I have never heard of this company nor have I opened an account with them! When you call the number they ask for all your personal information to confirm the account (even though you never opened one) in order to close it. They want people to "pre-load" the debit cards so that they can take the money. TOTAL SCAM!!

GO2Bank recently sent me a visa card, complete with my name, account number etc on it. It also included a paper to activate the card, with the bank name, routing number, and account number. It is not possible to talk to a human and cancel this account or find out why it was created. If you call the phone number, you are given 3 options, none of which apply, and you must enter your SSN or it hangs up on you. The only way to realize what happened is if you spend time going through the FAQ's. This is an "offer" / "advertisement" for this account.....even though you never solicited, contacted, or attempted to reach this bank and open an account. The account that is opened in your name cannot be canceled...although the FAC's tell you that if you don't want it you just don't activate it......Despite the Florida address this is a California bank...under the name of Green Dot bank. As far as the Better Business Bureau is "concerned" GO2Bank does not exist.

I received an unsolicited Go2Bank debit card in the mail. When contacting Go2Bank 3 separate times I was told I was part of a promotion and if I wasn’t interested to throw the card away. Then I started to get text messages from Go2Bank. Go2Bank insisted over and over again that I do not have an account with them. When I inquired about receiving texts with account balances magically they found this fraudulent account and assured me it was closed. However, I’m still receiving text messages stating purchases made.

I received a bank card in the mail that I NEVER signed up for and it already had my name attached. I don’t even use any “GreenDot” services/products. How I know if they are legit?? How did they obtain our information?? When I went on their website, they already had an email for me, which was incorrect by the way. No other prepaid bank has EVER done that before.

They to be a legit prepaid bank, but they provide very little information of their company & ask for a lot of personal information that other prepaid card companies don’t ask for. I also see that they have a lot of bad reviews on Google as well. They have little to no pictures. They have barely any post engagements on here. Small amount of likes & no option to leave a review on their business page. They haven’t made any posts on Facebook or y’all IG. I can’t obtain any information about them from Google. One of the numbers that I called, told me to destroy my card. The other number provided, told me that I had a $0 balance. The informatics aren’t adding up or making any sense. Something isn’t right.
