i saw an ad on facebook to win a free t-shirt...and i played the game and "won" the free t-shirt...and i was required to pay for shipping$9.99...which is okay...but when i went to check out...another t-shirt was added to my order that i was unable to remove! and the order got processed..now i had to pay for this additional t-shirt that i did not want to order..and additional shipping! i immediately reached out to the company..and told them that it seemed scam-like to not be able to remove an (unwanted) item from an order...they responed as if they were taking care of refunding me...that was over 2 months ago...they claim that the t-shirt will be delivered in 15 days...still no t-shirt and no refund! a total loss of $33...a scam targeting vegans!
