I purchased a puppy and Go Doggy Pet Transport contacted me to ship the dog. I was initially told the shipping fee was $435.00, which I paid. As soon as I paid it I was contacted stating the dog needed a special crate which I paid, then I was told the dog needed extra vaccines. I was told that the money was refundable at delivery. There were multiple "additional fees" they came up with and delays. I ended up paying over $8515.00. Each contact they demanded more money. They refuse to refund what I have already paid despite numerous requests.
