I looked for Florida online vehicle registration on google. This website makes itself seem like an official website for this if you are not paying enough attention. They collect information and charge fees. It is important to make sure you are in the correct state website for vehicle registration.

My drivers license needs to be renewed soon. I received a post card in the mail stating that I could go to ncrealid.gov and renew my license online. So I did. I typed in the url, the site was transferred and ended at driverslicenseassistance.org. They asked for my SS #, DL #, name, ATM card # and birthday. (All the questions DMV would ask). After that, a message popped up saying, thank you for your purchase your road guide and $25 in free gas are ready to download and use. Completely confused, I signed into my bank and seen a purchase of $3.99. I quickly called my bank, put in a complaint and had to get a new card. If one should get this card in to mail, do not go to that site. Go to your local DMV personally to get a renewal or a new license. I did however search around in the site and seen this at the bottom of their home page and privacy policy page: DriversLicenseAssistance.org is in no way or fashion affiliated with any federal or local governmental agency or offices.
