I received confirmation that my order was received. On the 21st I reached out to ask about the status of my order, no response until the 23rd. At this point the person stated that they were sold out is the ring in the size that I requested, and that they can offer me an exchange or a credit for another item.
At no point did anyone proactively reach out nor offer an apology for the inconvenience. I should not be forced to purchase another item due to one being out of stock. The website does not even currently reflect the item being sold out in the size that I requested.
