I place a online order on Dec,2024 then cancelled it and was told the cancellation was complete. Was charged on my account for the order after they shipped the cancel order two weeks after the cancellation of the order. I returned the cancel order at my shipping expense after placement of a RMA and with conformation from them for the return. They are still billing my card for the return order.

I have a defective item and gm parts direct will not send out the warranty replacement. I explained to them I cannot send my replacement until I receive the new items and they refused .
