It was for online security. My app’s stopped working all of a sudden. I tried to order groceries and my card kept declining. Then an email popped up saying there was a 400.00 charge to my account. I called the number I provided on the previous page. After almost a hour or so on the phone he had me log on to my bank account not on my phone but on my laptop. He proceeded to ask me to log on and check my balance, which was an additional 2200.00 . Then he started to get snippy and kept saying “What did you do”? At first I was like that’s unprofessional. Then he told me to go to Target and get a gift card with 1800.00 . I told him let me call my bank and he started to get really loud with me and I hung up the phone. He called back and started yelling at me . I blocked him and immediately called my bank .
