The caller states they have been trying to locate you for a long time because they owe you money for a vehicle that was paid off. They name the vehicle that you paid off and request to get your address so that they can mail you a check. When you call the number back they ask for your account number or social security number. Since you don't have an active account with them then they get you to give your social and that how they get you.
