I ordered a controller from this company on the 14th of December and it was suppose to arrive on the 26th. I have yet to receive it and all the reviews for this item say the same thing, that they never received the item. They already took my money. It's very misleading because i found it on the WalMart web site so it makes people think it's a trustworthy company. I am asking now for a refund but there is no company phone number and I have to wait and see if they will even respond to my email. I tried to track the order but they gave me a bogus order track code (SHIP). The message I get when trying to track says "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later." I get this message from Marketplace Pulse: "GLYBY TECHNOLOGY INC received 121 one-star reviews in the last month, be careful when buying from them."
