We ordered an xbox from Glo's Store on 9/15/21. Their facebook page indicates "free 2 day shipping". On 9/17/21, the shipment was put on hold in IN pending a $400 refundable insurance deposit. Glo was contacted & we indicated we were not going to pay this amount as we were not trusting that the $400 would be refunded. On 9/21/21, the package was moved to an IL location. This time the package was pending a city permit stamp. The package remains at that location to this date of 10/6/21. We contacted Glo twice to inquire as to what "pending a city permit stamp" meant. We were told they would call the shipping company, Pro Courier Express, and return our call. We did not receive the call, so we called them again. Once again, we did not receive a call back. We received an email from Wilson Smithson from Glo stating they will process the shipment for a $300 refundable deposit. For whatever reason, the deposit dropped $100.00. We then returned the email requesting a refund of the purchase price of $550.99. We have not received a response. We are sending a letter demanding our money back via UPS today.

There is no "free shipping" with this company. You have to pay the "refundable" deposit to get the product you purchased and hope you are refunded the deposit.

Glo's Store is only accessible thru Facebook.
