Sent money to receive puppy, next day they needed more money to send my puppy. Claimed I needed to purchase a temperature regulated cage, however the email from them stated insurance for my dog to be shipped. Asked for my money back they told me to just send the money so my pup could be shipped I said no asked for a refund and was told in 15 days or later I would receive a refund haven't heard back from them
