I purchased an item offline thru PayPal for a Halloween screen projector and animated pumpkins from Glory Pros (US) but when the item went thru to be charged it showed the seller as Yokawa Network Unlimited as the seller. So I was also charged higher shipping because of that. I ordered it on 9/26/20 and never received my purchase. Since I purchased it thru PayPal, I contacted the seller by email as instructed by PayPal. They gave me a tracking # and told me to wait a few says. I waited for more than a month. I sent 16 emails. I kept checking the tracking # and one day it says it was delivered. I still haven't received my package. The tracking # given to me was attached to a different address per the USPS. I contacted PayPal and submitted a dispute. PayPal will not refund my money and my dispute was in favor of the scammer. So I guess my complaint is against both Yokama Network Unlimited and PayPal. I paid $147.17 for a purchase I never received and I am unable to get a refund from PayPal.
