I found a Labrador Retriever i wanted to buy. The seller was selling the puppy for $700 which included shipping. He told me after I send the payment to him he would email me the shipping information which included the tracking number and then the shipping company would also contact me by email to verify my address. All of this did happen but the shipping company (gloway shipping) informed me that the seller dropped the puppy off to them in a soft crate and that I would have to pay $950 in order for them to change it to a hard crate. I then contacted the seller and was told that's not his responsibility and I would have to pay that to receive the puppy. When I told him I have no other money he said pay it or he will report me for animal abuse. So I said I would like to have my money back if he can not send me the puppy and he then hung up the phone on me. I called him back and asked can we work something out and he once again hung up on me and now won't answer his phone. Shipping company also will not answer their phone. This man had me send my money order to him in the name of Richard Levin. When I talked to him on the phone and when I called the shipping company it sound exactly like the same person.

I was looking to purchase a Labrador Retriever. I found Glorious Labrador Home on the internet. The website seemed legit with reviews and several pups available. I contacted the seller to get more information. After several email correspondences, photos, and videos of said puppy, I received a buyer’s contract stating the pup “Bucks” was mine and was to be shipped to me the next day pending my Zelle payment of $700. The $700 was to pay for the dog AND shipping of the dog. Mr. Vincent sent me an email to send my payment to and things went silent. My boyfriend then decided to inquire about the same dog and received the exact same emails I did and was told the dog I paid for was AVAILABLE for purchase. It was the. I realized I was being scammed. I called Mr. Vincent and he became defensive and said shipping info was on the way. I received a tracking number for a shipping company only to receive another email from the shipping company stating another $900 was needed in order to receive the dog! I did not proceed with the email. At the exact time the dog was supposed to arrive at my house, I received a phone call from the shipping company demanding an additional $900 or the dog would be taken to the pound. I refused to pay and have not heard from Mr. Vincent. I am out $700 now and no pup to show. I have tried reaching out to Zelle to report this fraud as well and have had no luck.
