I ordered a product from their website in the beginning of December for a Christmas present. I expected it wouldn't get to me in time for Christmas, but I was ok with that. I finally got a tracking email that showed the product was delivered. But this showed it was delivered to an address in California, my shipping address is in Texas. I sent an email to their customer support email (the only means of contacting them). Initially they said it was delivered and that I should contact the post office. When I pointed out the difference in the addresses they said it had to go to their investigations department. After about a week and several emails back and forth they finally said it was out of investigations and they would send it to their warehouse to have a new one shipped to me. This has been going on now for several weeks and they just keep telling me that they'll send me new shipping when the warehouse ships the product.
