A social media ad promoted 3-5 days shipping, as well as tracking info. The package appeared to be tracked to NY, and then tracking ended. After a month, I e-mailed the customer service address telling them my package was not delivered to the address I had listed. The tracking info was then updated immediately to my city in CA (across the country from NY). I was told by the company that the Post Office had made an error, and it was their responsibility to refund me. The workers at the Post Office were very nice. They told me my tracking number, FLY364578773, was not one the Post Office would use, as it begins with letters. The company has no phone number listed, and every email response I receive to my inquiries say the package was delivered, check with my neighbors, their company lost money too, and at most have offered a 40% refund, which I never received either.
