Scam, fictitious text about a fake data entry job paying "29$" im assuming per hour. Received an unsolicited text from "Peter" at "allied global marketing" from +13215211523 (nothing in Google, results show foreign) asking me to download an app from "signal.org" to interview with a "James springer" and to use a number 2024103073.

I have been applying for jobs and I received a message about a job that I had applied for requesting that I reach out to the hiring manager for an interview. I went through the interview process and got the job. They said I needed to get a lot of materials to do the job and It would be covered by them. They sent me a check to get the materials from the vendor that they use and the check was then returned and now I don’t have the materials, I don’t have the money, and I don’t have the job.
