My order was placed on 3/6/17. I contacted them via email on 3/27/17 as to where my order was. They responded 3/27/17 that they would check on it and send me a tracking number. On 3/29/17 I received a tracking number via email. When I clicked on the USPS.com site and entered my tracking number it stated that a pre-pick up was scheduled and waiting on the product order to be completed by the seller. On 4/4/17 I emailed again that I still had not received my product and that the tracking number was still showing delivery incomplete waiting on details from shipper. On 4/15/17 they stated they would check on my order and get back to me. It is now 5/30/17 and I do not have my order or any return calls/emails. And, the same statement is showing up on my tracking number when I enter it in.

The only way you can contact them is through "Live Chat" which is always down, leave a message; in which their extensions don't work, so you have to wait forever for the operator (so many rings) to redirect you leave a message. And if you leave a message they don't return the call, so you have no choice but to email them.

In researching on the internet I found this company has been associated with six different names and all the website's are the same minus the color scheme and different business names they use until reported. The phone number has also been associated with all and once appeared to be registered out of New York, but the latest is registered out of California. It is also associated with a company in Greater London

The following names associated are: Global Fitness Body (globalfitnessbody.com), Enable Fitness (enablefitness.info/), Hope Fitness On Line (hopefitnessonline.com), Fantasy Deals (fantasydeals.info/), Embrace Fitness (embracefitnesspro.com).

I read in my research too that someone just posted in April 2017 that they were scammed from Global Fitness Body as well.

I also found the name of the CEO/Founder - S---. Watch out and stay away from all of these companies. I would suggest researching the phone number of a business/site prior to ordering product from them in the future.
