I wanted to renew my Global Entry pass. The google search puts globalfinder-useonline.com at the top of the list. I missed that it was "Sponsored." Beneath it is the US Customs and Border Protection real link to apply. Global Finder looks like a government website. It asks for previous Global Entry numbers, drivers license info, and passport info along with DOB etc. I thankfully caught it at the end when it said there would be a $150 fee for their "service" on top of the $100 standard Global Entry fee. I didn't submit my information. At best, Global Finder is a useless middleman charging fees. At worst, it's taking a person's most important personal information for hacking purposes. I don't think it should show up first on a Google search for those looking to renew their Global Entry / TSA PreCheck memberships.
