Global Fchainonline claims to be XLM/XRP broker. Took money with a promise of investment return. Tried to withdraw only to be told I needed to deposit additional dollars to clear charges. No explanation of charges has been given. Charges continue to increase now what 13000 to complete any withdraw. Have now found out company is a scam. Have filed with FBI and FTC with no assistance.
