Initially I read a yahoo business advertisement for the company which was a pooled mining private company. So I curiously opened an account and made small package purchases between $7 and $100. After being able to get that money back into my original account I figured it was at relatively safe so I deposited enough funds to purchase a contract for $350. I will admit I mistakenly misread the contract which stated that I needed to purchase 4 mining packages at a time to fulfill the contract requirement. So i deposited enough funds to make the 4x requirement as specified by the chat-help (a total of $1400). This included funds from my previous mining package revenues. After completing the package I went to withdraw my money and was unable to do so. After talking with the chat-bot again, it stated that I was unable to use the site's "revenues" to purchase new contracts. But when I combed through the contract I was unable to find that stipulation. After that it wanted me to deposit more money to complete a new contract and told me it would not release my funds until I had done so. Of course since I would not be able to use the existing funds or "revenue stream" in the account I would have to deposit a full $1400 more to make the contract complete. After this I went back and forth with the chat help quite a bit, tried to use all the points of help and contacts listed on the page and none of them worked. So I finally decided to submit a scam complaint to the UK's FCA which they say they are registered to and to the ScamPulse.com in hopes to shut down this shady site at the least.
